Health: Same as the regular Ochimusha, but moves faster and has more health. |

天狗の使い(赤) // Tengu no Tsukai (Red)
Health: Flies across the sky. |
|
天狗の使い(青) // Tengu no Tsukai (Blue)
Health: Same as the red Tengu no Tsukai, but slower and also shoots gusts of wind down at the player. |

提灯お化け // Chochin Obake
Health: Often appears in multiples and flies around the screen in an erratic pattern. |

つるべ落とし // Tsurube Otoshi
Health: N/A Drops down from above to squash the player. Watch out for its shadow on the ground. |

ステージ① 霧の里
Stage 1: The Foggy Village
かまいたち子分 // Kamaitachi Kobun
Health: Stationary enemies that throw arcing scythes. Only spawns after defeating the Kamaitachi. | |
朱の盆 // Shunobon
Health: Stationary enemies that appear to be human samurai sitting on the ground. When the player approaches, they show their true face. |
Bosses
かまいたち // Kamaitachi
Health: x 20 Spins around and moves quickly around the screen. Shoots scythes in an arc at the player. Once the Kamaitachi is defeated, Kamaitachi Kobun spawn. |

唐笠お化け // Karakasa Obake
Health: x 20 Hovers in the air and drops down suddenly on the player. Has a horizontal kick that flies across the screen towards the player. |

天狗 // Tengu
Health: x 20 Uses the same whirlwinds as the blue Tengu no Tsukai, but his are stronger and can travel across the ground. Also sends red whirlwinds that can't be destroyed. Spawns a flock of red Tengu no Tsukai. |

ステージ② 大雪の山頂
Stage 2: The Silver Mountain
雪ん子 // Yukinko
Health: Walks slowly across the ground and leaves a trail of icicles. When it dies, it leaves behind another icicle. |
Bosses
なまはげ // Namahage
Health: x 50 Continuously chases after the player. When it gets within melee range, it attacks with a hatchet. |

輪入道 // Wanyudo
Health: x 30 Shoots a ring of flames horizontally forward. Spins quickly and launches itself at the player. |
|
雪女 // Yukionna
Health: x 10 Fills the screen with icicles that crash down from above and snowballs that pelt down diagonally. |

ステージ③ 川沿いの町
Stage 3: The Riverside Town
河童子供 // Kappa Kodomo
Health: N/A Hides beneath lilypads in the water. If the player steps on one, they get launched into the air. |

小豆洗い // Azukiarai
Health: Stationary enemy that flings azuki beans towards the player. Spawns with the Kappa Yokozuna. |
|
小蟹 // Kogani
Health: Charges quickly along the ground. Spawns with the Kanibozu. |
|
埴輪 // Haniwa
Health: Spawns with the Dorotabo and has high health. Dances sideways along the ground. |
Bosses
河童横綱 // Kappa Yokozuna
Health: x 20 Charges to the left along whatever platform level it appears on. (In the river, along the ground, on a rooftop, etc.) Once it has charged offscreen, it reappears on another random platform level on the right. Spawns Azukiarai. |

蟹坊主 // Kanibozu
Health: x 15 Stays in the water and charges forward quickly. Spews clouds of poison gas above. Spawns Kogani on the ground above the river. |

泥田坊 // Dorotabo
Health: x 30 Hides underground and throws mud. Pops up suddenly to body-slam the player. Watch out for its hand moving along the ground. Spawns Haniwa. |

ステージ④ 港町
Stage 4: The Port Town
舟幽霊 // Fune Yurei
Health: Similar to Ochimusha but flies through the sky and drifts towards the player. |

さがり // Sagari
Health: Stationary enemy that dangles from tree limbs and shoots fireballs at the player. |
Bosses
海坊主 // Umibozu
Health: N/A Cannot be defeated. If it catches the player, it's a one-hit KO! Umibozu also drags an impossibly tall pillar of water behind him. Your only choice is to run towards the tower at the end of the level and climb to safety. |

牛鬼 // Ushioni
Health: x 20 Defeating this boss is optional, though doing so makes escaping the Umibozu easier. Charges quickly towards the player and can fly. |

ステージ⑤ 寂れた村
Stage 5: The Ghost Town
轆轤首 // Rokurokubi
Health: N/A Appears temporarily to guard Nurarihyon and do a melee attack. |

叢原火 // Sogenbi
Health: Hovers above Nurarihyon. Shoots fireballs. |
Final Boss
滑瓢 // Nurarihyon
Health: x 50 Does not attack the player directly, but instead runs away and spawns bosses from other levels. These bosses have less HP than in their original stages. Watches the player's actions carefully and often dodges attacks. |
